Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients’ mental health concerns and develop suitable treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring personalized care.

• Set and collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring the continuity of care regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment efficacy in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to advance your clinical skills, staying informed about the latest practices in mental health therapy and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, providing support for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice therapy as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
