Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adjusting your approach based on the specific dynamics and goals of each session.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
