Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to understand their mental health status, establish therapeutic goals, and formulate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies within a culturally competent framework to address complex mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary and ensuring that clients have the tools they need to overcome challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad range of clients from diverse backgrounds who may be dealing with issues such as grief, identity crises, relationship conflicts, or chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
