Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to further Health Restoration Counseling Services' mission of delivering high-quality therapeutic care.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions tailored to each client to facilitate their journey towards achieving and exceeding personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each session according to company guidelines, ensuring all records reflect the client's progress and treatment plans.

• Coordinate care by working closely with case managers, family members, educational staff, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Attend clinical staff meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team development.

• Contribute positively to team dynamics and help foster a culture of acceptance, compassion, and professional growth.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the developmental stages and family dynamics of clients, ensuring tailored support is provided.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, continually assess treatment efficacy, and adjust strategies as needed while maintaining thorough documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your capacity to understand the cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological contexts of each client will be integral to delivering effective mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teammates.
\n
• Proficient in managing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with a preference for experience using Valant.
\n
• Ability to model and uphold appropriate boundaries with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
\n
• Capacity to work efficiently with a diverse client population.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle a full caseload efficiently, while maintaining high-quality client care.

• Prior experience working with children and adolescents will be considered a plus.
