Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories, developing tailored treatment plans for each individual.

• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions—both individual and group—utilizing evidence-based practices that align with our care pathways.
\n
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary treatment teams, ensuring holistic care and support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Guide and educate clients' families, fostering their involvement in the therapeutic process to enhance their loved one’s recovery journeys.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, emphasizing confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents and young adults who are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity levels. By focusing on clients who are generally more stable, the counselor can concentrate on building therapeutic relationships and delivering impactful care, while making a notable difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Must hold current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or as a licensed psychologist (PsyD).
\n
• A commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is essential.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in navigating technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), is required.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional demeanor and warm engagement with clients.
\n
• Experience working collaboratively within a team-based environment, providing integrated care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and/or young adults.

• A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development related to our evidence-based treatment frameworks.

• Comfortable working from home with a strong dedication to patient confidentiality.
