Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, facilitating their professional growth and confidence in therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various methodologies tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records and documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. The therapy approach is holistic, considering emotional, psychological, and social factors that contribute to a person’s well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state license: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Preferred Experience\n
