Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, collaborating with them to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization for clients encountering acute distress, ensuring safety and providing appropriate resources for support.

• Facilitate communication among healthcare professionals, working closely with psychiatrists to synchronize treatment approaches and ensure the most effective care.

• Engage in outreach programs and community initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Detox Center serves a diverse population, primarily consisting of individuals dealing with substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
