Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations through initial intake sessions, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, utilizing best practices in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate various modalities of therapy, including individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and supportive group therapy, to enhance client engagement and progression.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and legal requirements in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n
