Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients by utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and one-on-one interviews to determine mental health status and treatment needs.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing essential coping strategies and tools to help clients manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation, adhering to legal ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing support to individuals experiencing substance abuse challenges, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. You will bring cultural competence to treat patients from various backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Knowledge of a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Robust interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and a strong foundation in computer applications relevant to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
