Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Ridge Care Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during individual and group sessions.

• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups to empower patients and enhance community connection.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care that optimally addresses all aspects of mental health treatment.

• Providing crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Keeping detailed and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
