Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client issues effectively.

• Document clinical interactions diligently in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all client records.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, focusing on those who have historically faced barriers to accessing mental health care. Clients may present a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your expertise will be critical in offering support and guidance, helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload availability.
