Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, assessing their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans to address their goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and any changes in their conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Deliver ongoing support to clients experiencing mental health disorders and substance use issues, using evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage actively in team meetings to share insights and collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a culture of positivity and mutual support.

• Manage a diverse caseload, facilitating referrals to other specialists when necessary, and ensuring continuity of care for clients.

• Employ comprehensive assessment skills to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing clinical tools and methodologies specific to each client’s needs.

• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, enriching the services provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be essential in providing care to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to building strong relationships with clients and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional certifications in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or play therapy are highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities will enhance your effectiveness in addressing the unique needs of our client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
