Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, both individually and in couples counseling.

• Ensure that all documentation—including client notes and treatment plans—is completed accurately within a 24-hour timeframe to comply with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize client progress.

• Engage in collaborative case discussions with fellow mental health professionals to share insights and improve care strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized client records to track progress and inform ongoing treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Becoming Transformed, you will work primarily with adult individuals and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients may require support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) that is in good standing.

• Experience and comfortability with virtual therapy platforms, exhibiting the ability to create engaging and effective sessions remotely.
