Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges related to mental health, relationships, and life transitions. The clients you engage with may be dealing with anxiety, depression, communication issues, or conflict resolution, among other concerns. Your expertise will help in creating a supportive and constructive environment where clients feel safe to express their feelings and work towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field is essential; please note that a Bachelor's degree is not sufficient for this role.

• An active LMFT license, as well as licenses like LPC or LCSW, is required for practice in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical care and treatment planning is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n
