Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted short-term psychotherapy services.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss caseloads, share insights on clinical challenges, and enhance service quality through ongoing quality assurance measures.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Virginia.
