Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, and family counseling, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure adherence to best practices and the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality protocols, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for clients during virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services, with a demonstrable background in effective care planning and client outcomes.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual care environments, demonstrating an ability to build rapport and trust with clients through teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
