This position offers the flexibility of remote work, granting you the ability to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Our fully equipped outpatient office in Graham, Washington, serves as a supportive hub for team meetings and professional interactions. The full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for structured session timings while leaving evenings and weekends free for personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a holistic understanding of each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and track client progress throughout the therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, providing them with the tools they need for long-term success.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and other professional development opportunities to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, addressing potential stigmatization and ensuring they receive the support they require.

Your role will primarily focus on clients experiencing challenges in their marriages and family dynamics, particularly those undergoing divorce or seeking relationship counseling. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
