Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide services from the comfort of your home while still being integrated into our outpatient facility's collaborative culture. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.

• Support clients in building coping strategies, enhancing emotional resilience, and achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings, ensuring collaborative treatment approaches and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Focal Mind Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
