Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to connect virtually with clients from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office model ensures that you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance while maintaining accessibility to ongoing support from colleagues and supervisors. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable workday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to client goals.

• Document session notes and treatment plans within 24 hours to ensure compliance with our organizational standards and accurate tracking of client progress.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals through peer case consultations to share insights and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Implement and modify evidence-based treatment plans, regularly reviewing client progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult individuals and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Our practice is dedicated to creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. Your clinical expertise will empower clients to navigate their journeys towards mental wellness effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• Active independent licensure such as LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory to practice.

• Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective client experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy, with a demonstrated ability to work compassionately with a diverse client base.
