Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients across Oregon. You will primarily interact with clients via telehealth platforms, which means proficiency with online therapy tools is essential. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy to help clients address and resolve their challenges.

• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing training opportunities, ensuring your skills remain sharp and up-to-date with the latest therapeutic advancements.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. Your expertise in family dynamics and systemic therapy will be instrumental in providing effective support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an active independent licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Two years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services and developing care plans is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
