Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments, diagnostics, and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse clients, ensuring a personalized approach.

• Utilize preferred evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy to meet clients’ unique needs.

• Lead individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for healthy communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
\n
• Collaboratively work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care, follow up on treatment progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
\n
• Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients in distress, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to acute situations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and familial challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon is required for this role.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates with relevant supervised clinical exposure may be considered.

• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and a strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor and the ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) is advantageous.
