Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet diverse client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address complex issues.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans, complying with ethical standards and best practices.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging research and methodologies.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as relationship discord, unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The therapist’s role is crucial in facilitating healing and promoting healthier patterns of interaction among family members, thereby enhancing overall family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon; licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) are also welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
