Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to understand their concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon is essential for this position (Licenses such as LCSW or LPC are also welcome).

• Solid grounding in therapeutic techniques and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and comfort in delivering care both in-person and online.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
