Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in our electronic health record system.

• Engage actively in team supervision and allocate time for your ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all client interactions, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Implement modern technology tools to enhance the therapy experience and facilitate client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will be focused on a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Each client may present unique situations that necessitate tailored approaches to therapy. As an LMFT, you will play an essential role in guiding clients through their personal journeys, helping them cultivate coping strategies and healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon is required.
