Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs, utilize assessments for treatment planning and goal setting.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families by employing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients.

• Document sessions and maintain thorough records while adhering to ethical guidelines and client confidentiality standards.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to remain current with the latest trends and practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active and independent licensure as an LMFT in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
