This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients through secure virtual platforms while maintaining the option for in-person sessions in our outpatient office. We maintain a stable work schedule, with dedicated hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance and allowing our therapists to dedicate time for professional development, supervision, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at providing holistic care to our clients, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments that lead to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions in both individual and group formats, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
