Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized evaluations, to develop tailored treatment plans that match client-specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities that are grounded in best practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Theory.

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions, creating a warm and supportive environment to discuss sensitive issues and therapeutic objectives.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision meetings, engaging in peer feedback and continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and efficacy.

• Uphold strict adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards as set forth by state licensing boards and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).

• Research and incorporate new therapeutic methods and technologies that may benefit client care and treatment outcomes.

This role involves serving a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. The therapist will work with various age groups, navigating the complexities of each client’s unique background and circumstances, fostering resilience and growth through targeted interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license in the State of Oregon (other licenses such as LPC or LCSW may also be accepted).

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy, particularly within a remote or telehealth setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic interaction, especially through digital platforms.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth software and tools, and comfortable adapting to new technologies as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
