Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with various emotional and relational issues.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and seek ongoing opportunities for professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely and adequate follow-up and support for all clients, while maintaining a schedule that meets agreed-upon expectations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and life insurance.
