Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in collaborative staff meetings and supervision sessions, fostering an environment of shared learning and professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, creating tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, promoting personal growth and improved mental health among clients.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress toward these objectives.

• Provide virtual therapy solutions when appropriate, ensuring continuous support for clients facing mobility issues or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Engage with community resources to enhance the care provided to clients, thereby facilitating holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population including adults, children, and adolescents, who may be facing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will tailor your approach based on each individual's needs, enhancing therapeutic effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to both adult and child/adolescent populations.

• Proficiency in conducting individual and/or couples therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy are a plus.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, plus a rewarding bonus structure based on productivity.
