Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples counseling sessions to clients, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms.

• Assessing clients' mental and emotional well-being, developing personalized treatment plans, and setting measurable therapeutic goals.

• Specializing in family dynamics, addressing issues such as communication barriers, conflict resolution, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitating sessions focused on various concerns, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, adjustment to separation or divorce, and managing stress related to medical issues.

• Engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Documenting client progress and treatment updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our state-of-the-art digital tools for effective patient management.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
