Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing progress evaluations, modifying plans as required based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with fellow therapists, medical providers, and community organizations to enhance service delivery and coordinate holistic care.

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives to stay current with industry standards and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 , reflecting your expertise and contribution to our organization.
