Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, generate accurate diagnoses, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 clients per week to ensure consistent service delivery and engagement.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals, adapting approaches to fit their unique circumstances.

• Produce and maintain detailed clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews, effectively adhering to company policies.

• Collaboration is key; work alongside case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate holistic client care.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a range of mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess a valid LMFT clinical license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, coupled with opportunities for a sign-on bonus. Our compensation package includes hourly pay plus commission based on client sessions, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
