Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities in individual, family, and group settings, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions are aligned with clinical best practices.

• Maintain client documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory policies using an electronic health records system.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that encompass a variety of impacts, including couples, family therapy, and addiction counseling.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations and case reviews to ensure high-quality care and support for fellow clinicians.

• Provide ongoing assessment of treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
