Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop positive, trusting relationships with clients to promote an open and safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate tailored treatment plans that address each patient’s specific needs.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster emotional growth and resilience.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional resources or specialists as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, using a culturally sensitive approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
