Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance, support ongoing evaluations, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

• Manage a diverse case load of clients experiencing various mental health diagnoses, providing continuity of care and follow-up interventions as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
