Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify their needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical supervisors during team meetings and group supervision to enhance best practices and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds. You will also focus on clients struggling with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders, fostering a supportive space for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in providing counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
