Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health histories and current challenges, allowing for highly personalized treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor progress through follow-up sessions.

• Offer teletherapy options, making mental health support accessible for clients with mobility limitations or those electing to connect virtually.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, including couples navigating relational challenges, children and teens facing developmental or behavioral issues, and families looking for communal support. We particularly value clinicians who bring cultural competence to the table, especially those with expertise in serving clients of color or from the LGBTQIA community, ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of New York.

• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience demonstrating effective clinical skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of client groups, including couples, children, and families.

• Training or certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
