Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offer remote therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, providing accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges or those preferring virtual interaction.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families, providing therapy for those dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and relationship issues. We especially welcome clinicians who have a passion for serving clients of color or those who identify as LGBTQIA, ensuring that all individuals have the support they need in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current LMFT license issued by the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
