Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while providing optimal customer service and support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and creative strategies in therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation for each client session in accordance with company policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. Our compensation plan includes hourly pay alongside potential commission on claims, encouraging both effort and excellence in client care.
