Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using validated tools to understand client needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clinical expertise and client input.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon is essential.
