Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, aligning therapeutic interventions with their unique requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their challenges effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, facilitating a deeper understanding of their mental health.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs and outcomes.
