Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms such as anxiety and depression in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address clients' needs effectively.

• Provide education and support for clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress accurately, revising treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate integrated care by working alongside psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists to deliver holistic treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorder treatment to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulously accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs while addressing and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.
