Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clients’ mental health and family dynamics, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and values.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that encourage open communication, conflict resolution, and emotional healing.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
