Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' emotional, psychological, and relational needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set and track therapeutic goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness and ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide culturally sensitive counseling that respects and incorporates diverse backgrounds, experiences, and personal beliefs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LMFT license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
