Key Responsibilities\n

You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
