Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, you will:

• Assess clients' emotional, psychological, and relational needs through thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate clients' growth and healing.

• Document and monitor client progress diligently to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that all records comply with state guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in collaborative meetings with other healthcare professionals to share insights and coordinate care for clients, thereby enhancing treatment efficacy.
