Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to inform your understanding.

• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans which are tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, utilizing therapeutic techniques specific to marriage and family therapy.

• Provide both psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to achieve the best client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes and treatment documents, in line with departmental policies and standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all aspects of the client’s health are considered, especially during discharge planning.

• Facilitate care coordination by assisting clients with discharge planning and connecting them to appropriate services within the healthcare system.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
