This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client or therapy group.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
