Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-depth assessments and therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique dynamics and challenges faced by families, including issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Conducting both joint sessions and individual therapy to ensure comprehensive care for all family members.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing, communication, and conflict resolution.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in our digital health records system.

• Staying informed on best practices and emerging trends in family therapy and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, encompassing various struggles such as:

• Couples facing communication difficulties or preparing for separation/divorce.

• Families experiencing significant stress due to job loss or medical issues.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
