Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy services to clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, grief, and communication difficulties.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and values, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Create a safe and trusting environment conducive to open communication and mutual respect among clients and staff.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and engage in active listening to uncover the underlying issues faced by clients.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, mental health experts, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Respond to immediate crisis situations by providing timely and effective interventions for clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by exploring specialized areas of therapy, such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, and couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
